Multi-Cultural Ministry

The Multi Cultural Ministry (MCM) is a non-partisan and a non-profit organization designed to serve the interest of Sacred Heart Church and the parishioners.  The MCM was organized in 2000 by parishioners of various ethnic origins.

Objectives:

To encourage active participation of the members in parish and community activities.  To develop unity, respect, cooperation, and harmony among parishioners of different cultures.  To organize activities that will enhance individual spirituality and servant leadership.

Activities:

Our Mother of Perpetual Help Novena - every Wednesday evening at 7:30pm

Choir - Every Saturday at the 5:30pm Mass (practice an hour before the Mass)

Prayer Meeting and Faith Sharing - First Saturday of the month at 6:30pm in Nardiello Hall

Monthly Meeting - Second Saturday at 6:30pm in the Rectory basement

Nursing Home Visits - Every 3rd Sunday of the month rotating among the area nursing homes.

Wellness Program - Last Saturday of the month at 6:30pm in Nardiello Hall

Feast Day of the Saints: St. Patrick and St. Joseph (March), and San Lorenzo Ruiz (September)

Alliance of Two Heart Reparation Vigil - First Friday-Saturday of December, 7:00pm-3:00am

Simbang Gabi - One evening in December
